Goggle Sitemaps is an useful utility created by Google itself to make your website be indexed more quickly. In order to make it operative, Google asks the webmaster to place a XML file with a specific format into the root directory of the website, called "sitemap.xml". This XML contains a list of all the pages of the site and helps Google Bot finding them and indexing them.
